Created by tomo, a licensed Japanese customs broker and instructor, each card features illustrations based on her interpretation of real classification examples.
How to Play
Using the product name, material, and illustration on each card as clues, guess the correct 4-digit HS code and try to match it like a game of memory (Concentration).
Every correct match earns you points—the more you collect, the better you score!
This game helps you learn the **first 4 digits of the Harmonized System (HS Code)** classification, used globally under the WCO framework.
You can enjoy it in groups or play solo as a fun way to reinforce your memory.
It’s also perfect for customs broker exam prep or hands-on training for real-world customs scenarios.
And if you ever find a surprising card, take it as a cue to look up the legal notes—it may deepen your understanding!
